Am I Addicted To Coffee ?

-scientific review concluded that moderate consumption of coffee, up to 300-400 mg of caffeine per day (around 3-4 cups) in healthy adults, is safe and does not cause any negative health effects-

YES I AM !! I am a self-confessed nescafe| latte| frappuccino-holic. I love to drink any hot beverage with caffeine in it. Since I craze for them so much or should I say the addictive caffeine in it, there's where most of my money is drained into. I believe I can call myself a Caffein Freak because I guzzle down at least 3 cups of Caffein drinks every day. That's the minimum you know! Imagine if I am in the mood for them, I can sip 5 to 10 cups per day. Crazy right?

Nescafe will surely love customers like me who drink their products as if they were water. Beats me to know that caffeine is really that addictive. No wonder caffeine has been dubbed the second Nicotine! It is virtually impossible for me to resist they're calling. Unlike you guys. I don't drink them because I am tired or sleepy. I drink because I craze for it! I drink coffee simply because I "gian" (addicted) for it, just like how smokers can't resist to puff almost every hour. Should I enroll into a "rehabilitation" center for my sin? ;)

p/s : Headache from drinking coffee?

Is it because your blood is a little bit too thick? Hence when the caffein induce your heart to beat faster...you will have headache? Drink more water.

Criticism ..

One word but has many meanings..

Many people cannot stand being criticised. For me, I can take constructive criticism, that's based on facts and logic, and not just criticised me because you advanced than me. If you just wanna criticise without basing on facts but feelings, I'd say SHUT UP you. There are some people who just have the urge to open their mouth and talk with the motive of bringing down people and criticised, everything and anything. Those that aren't their cup of tea.Constructive criticism on the other hand, is with the intention of making situations better - this I welcomed a lot but more often than not, people just have opinions about everything and anything, even things they don't know they also want to act like they know it all. Only criticise if you can do the job better - otherwise let others do their work. Only criticise if you are in the position of higher authority to do so, and for a greater good. Otherwise, just SHUT UP.

Sesiapa yang biasa tengok channel Asian Food Channel |AFC| mesti familiar dengan nama-nama chef Anna Olsen, Adrian Richardson, Laura Calder, Nigella Lawson, Emmanuel Stroobant etc. Masing-masing ada program TV sendiri. Mereka ini superb! bertaraf five Stars. Bukan sesuatu yang mudah nak berada pada tahap mereka sekarang. Semuanya bermula dari bawah. Melalui saat-saat sukar satu persatu . Akhirnya berjaya, bukan sekadar nama di cipta tapi menjadi kaya-raya. Dunia kulinari ni, betul-betul boleh buat duit. Apa-apa pun,kalau ada usaha dan minat,semua menjadi!

Semalam, tengok Masterchef Malaysia. Program macam ni bagus dan membina. Boleh melihat sendiri kepakaran orang Malaysia dalam bidang kulinari. Banyak perkara positif dapat belajar. Bukan hanya masakan yang bersih,cantik,sedap malah strategi menepati masa dan kerjasama tu cukup cantik di tunjukkan di sini.

Tersentuh hati melihat sikap seorang peserta di dalam program ini. Walaupun masih muda dan kehidupannya yang perlukan pembelaan tetapi dia seorang yang mengagumkan saya. Tidak mempunyai pendidikan yang tinggi tetapi akhlaknya setaraf orang yang berpelajaran tinggi. Tidak nampak dia putus asa walau pun melalui proses penyingkiran sebanyak 9 kali. Nama si ibulah yang memberi semangat dan di sebut-sebut sehinggalah saat penyingkaran. Pada langkah-langkah terakhir,dia sempat meminta maaf pada semua . Kata-katanya indah tersusun ,cukup menyentuh jiwa. Kalau ada yang menangis,itu tidak keterlaluan. Keakraban di antara mereka kuat seperti sebuah keluarga walaupun sedar mereka bersaing antara satu sama lain. Inilah namanya persaingan sihat dan ada sesuatu yang boleh di contohi.

Teringin juga nak belajar masak secara professional. Nak belajar masak masakan jepun & perancis. Tapi , memandangkan masih banyak perkara perlu di beri keutamaan, terpaksa menangguhkan hasrat tersebut. Memasak itu pastinya sesuatu yang seronok. Lebih-lebih lagi masakan kita di puji dan orang suka. Penat pun terasa hilang ;)

Be remind that no one is this world lives perfect nor a saint, even our prophet admitted that He was born just like another fellow humans which is imperfect. Once girl repented and has seek an apologizes towards its opponent means that one's already done her responsibility towards God and human on Her past. Somehow its better for a sinner for the sins which makes them repent and humble/afraid of God rather than be Good/do good but its drove them to be proud n arrogant. Whatever it is, you're done your essentials part and just surrender it to God as you're only a human. Its not human who judge & simply giving forgiven. No worries. God knows better and everything He plan it comes with His own prerogative reasons. Be optimist. Life ain't that easy but yet nothing is impossible by God's will. Be strong and widened your mind.

An Arabic poem said, When Allah loves someone, He let other people talk about her here and there. It is so true. It is a sign of love by Allah to His Messenger. The poem also goes to you. People will never stop talking, either good or bad, it is a sign of love! This wisdom poem is a very soothing & great one! It makes you comfort & relieving. Seems every things happen around you are created with its own wisdom & sweet reason. Indeed, people who are created with a brain will never stop talking be it good or bad on you,thus in order for God to show His care & love on you, He will test you with those to see weither you are strong enough, believe & redha or stubborn. He gave you a chance by such trial in a way to give you with easy rewards from people who talk good or bad about you. Let them be & to God you are surrender with it. God's giving you a trial & test upon everyone equally and base on the knowledge & capacity to take it. God is Great! He plan all the good thing on everyone capacity to handle & face it.
